Looking out the window as her teacher blabbed on about some historian, she saw snowflakes start to slowly fall. It was nearing Christmas now, and Starla was looking forward to winter break. She suddenly thought of Tay, and wondering how he was doing. It had been nearly a year now and she was told that they had just wrapped up a Christmas album and were returning home from Bali. Or at least thats what she heard. Throughout the year she had been so busy with her life that she nearly forgot about Tay.

But of course that was not humanly possible, since everywhere she looked there were always fans near their house, and countless interviews on television. Not to mention the remarks that her friends occasionally made about him and her ever since she was tricked from Truth or Dare.

The bell rang, breaking her trance. She gathered her things and pushed her way through the mounds of people to get to her locker. Stuffing the necessary books for the homework over break, Starla headed out into the cold air. After walking for about 5 minutes, she finally saw her house come into view. There was a van parked in the driveway. Before she could think, a figure that was sitting on her porch came into her view as she came nearer to the house. The figure stood up when she was in his view.

Star couldn’t believe it, there standing was Tay, slightly taller than she remembered, and looking at her with a twinkle in his crystal blue eyes.

“Taylor?!” she said in shock.

“In the flesh” Tay said, smiling. He went over and hugged her, not wanting to let go. But much to his dismay, she pulled away.

“When did you guys get back?” She asked, smiling at him, “are your parents in there?”

“Yeah, we came back like an hour ago, everyone’s waiting inside, but I decided to wait here for ya”

“Aw, what made you so suddenly sweet?” Star said teasingly.

“Yeah right! Me sweet? Thats Ike’s job, I just waited out here to aviod the ‘how you grew’ speech like I got from my other relatives!”

They both laughed uncontrollably until Star managed to talk between laughs.

“Well, well *breathe* so long for the sweetness!”

After another few minutes of laughing, they went inside. Everyone in the living room that were talking turned around and stared at the two. Taylor and Star looked at each other and both blushed.

“We were just um joking around outside” Tay said, his face turning a shade of pink.

“Yeah.....sure you were Tay” Zac said laughing, “I bet there was more going on than ‘joking’!”

“Well, well, well Taylor!” Isaac said, rubbing his chin and walking over to them, “You tell your fans there aren’t any relationships and lookie what happens here!”

“Isaac! Zac! leave your brother and Starla alone” Scolded Diana Hanson, “let the two catch up”

“Yeah let them CATCH UP!” Zac exclaimed laughing harder than ever, so hard in fact that he was rolling around holding his stomach.

“Lets go upstairs” Star suggested, seeing that they weren’t going to stop laughing anytime soon.
