After a few minutes of talking, Taylor’s temper blew up.
“Well it was GREAT talking to you!!” He said before stomping out of the coffee shop and slamming the door. Zac and Ike looked at each other before rushing out after Tay. Star buried her head in her hands. “I...I better go home” she stammered, “later”
Jake just looked around to see a great amount of people in the shop staring at him. He took a deep breath and asked the waiter for the check. ‘long day’ he thought, leaving the coffee shop.

Star was even more miserable at this point. Here she was with a guy that was so sweet and she hurt him. Star knew she had to talk to him, it was the only logical thing to do. Star only hoped that he would understand.
Reaching his house, she took a deep breath and knocked on the door. To her relief, Ike answered the door, not Tay. But, she had to confront him soon. In the meanwhile, she wanted to know what had happened when they had come home.
“Tay was really mad” Ike said, “I think you should talk to him”
“Yeah, i’m going to, where is he?” Star asked.
“He’s out in the garage trying to let off some steam” Ike answered, “good luck”
“Thanks Ike”
Star entered when Tay had begun a ballad. She didn’t want to interrupt, so she sat down in a chair and listened. When the ballad ended, she stood up and went towards Tay.
“That was great” Star softly said
“Thanks, I just finished writing it” Tay replied frowning
“Look, we have to talk”
“There’s nothing to talk about, if you wanna go out with Jake, go ahead”
“No, Tay Jake and I are not going out”
“Why did you reject me then, who are you dating?”
“I am not going out with anyone!”
“Why did you reject me?”
“I....I just didn’t think that someone like you would like someone like me.....you’re famous and so many girls would just be better than.....
“Stop” Tay said, silencing her with his index finger, “I want you to know I like you...every part of you and no one, nothing would change that”
“I’m sorry....”
They hugged, just holding each other. Tay pulled away, smiling “Listen, the guys are putting together I guess you can say a party, do you wanna come?”
Star smiled, “Sure” and added, "Hopefully nothing this corny will ever happen again in this relationship!" They both laughed.
